What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies from service to service. Please read each desctription to determine the length of time each service may take.

Do you accept cancellations?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any automatic digital downloads, sale items or gift cards. Please contact us via email at support@yourbrandvisionary@.com regarding any additional cancellation questions you may have.

Do you offer payment plans?

We accept 50% down on branding packages and website design to begin the design process ONLY. Full complete payment of your balance must be submitted before any designs are turned over to you (the client) or any information is added your website.

I want to use my personal photos but I'm unsure if the quality is good enough.

Submit your images to info@yourbrandvisionary.com to be certain that we can use your photos before booking a website design.

I purchased a canva template and haven't received it yet.

In cases like these, I do suggest first checking your junk and spam folder. If at that point you still don't see your digital download please contact us at  support@yourbrandvisionary@.com so that we can send you the direct link to your template(s).
