Of course the first thing a customer sees is the design of your website, but maintaining a website doesn't stop there. You want your customers/clients to easily be able to navigate your website hassle free. How do you accomplish that?
Keep your navigation menu up-to-date, when adding new products make sure all your photos are optimized (as well as same size), make sure you have the correct variants so customers/clients know exactly what they are choosing, having a detail description to avoid returns and exchanges, having promotional banners to promote the deal of the month and so much more.
We understand that as a business owner you are already stretching yourself thin because you have so much on your plate. Allow Your Brand Visionary to take the load off of you by maintaining your website.

- Updating products as needed up to 15 (image, pricing, variants, description)
- Adding new inventory (up to 10)
- Updating collections as needed
- Reorganizing products into collection
- Updating navigation menu as need
- Updating policies as needed
Additional:
- New website banner (optional for additional fee)
Additional banner is great for deals/promotions you may be having, if you want to update your banner due to the season, and/or you just want a new look.

When booking any services provided by Your Brand Visionary, you (the client) are agreeing that you have read and you (the client) understand all policies, terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
Starter fee/ full payment and completion of design form is required before any service is rendered.
Due to the nature of our products/services , Your Brand Visionary does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. If client decides to not choose any of the concepts offered we do provide additional revisions at a small fee, no refunds will be given as the work has already been done.

Digital Products: Designs are sent directly to you email. Please be sure to check spam/ junk folder if you do not see order confirmation in your inbox. No physical product will be sent.
Website Development: All files will be added to your website (no files will be submitted to you unless requested). If you have purchased a website kit and/or website banner design those files will be submitted to you via email. You are responsible for the upload of your files.Your Brand Visionary DOES NOT upload any files for website kits and banner service design. No physical product will be sent.
